These terms cover your use of InventoryWhale (the “Service”). By signing up, uploading a catalog, or running a match you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service is provided as-is while we iterate toward general availability. We may change, pause, or deprecate features with reasonable notice. We don't warrant fitness for a particular purpose; we aim to be useful and will credit prepaid time that we can't deliver.
You keep ownership of the catalog images, product data, and scan history you upload. You grant us a license to process that content strictly to operate the Service (embedding generation, matching, billing, support). We don't sell your data or train third-party models on it.
You're responsible for only uploading content you have the right to upload, for the accuracy of the data you import, and for keeping your account credentials safe. Abusing the Service — spamming, probing, or attempting to access other tenants' data — is grounds for immediate suspension.
Billing is monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from /app/billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Overages are soft (we'll email you) until we turn on metered billing, at which point we'll notify you in advance.

This page is a placeholder to unblock billing setup — a full agreement with jurisdiction, liability, and dispute-resolution clauses will replace it before we ship general availability. If you need a signed agreement sooner, reach out.
